As we mark 15 years since we have lost our wonderful Dad, colleague, mentor and friend we hope you will consider setting up an annual donation to the JSK Fund.

About

The Kelly family and their friends established the JSK Fund to honour the memory of John Kelly by supporting young people to develop and use their skills to identify issues facing their communities and address them.

In recent years, this has involved giving scholarships to young people to participate in programs that will help them develop skills to secure the rights of marginalised groups and address climate change and other environmental issues

Please consider making a recurring annual donation to support the JSK Fund, helping us continue providing multi-year grants that create meaningful opportunities for young people.

To mark the anniversary, we’re getting together at the Royal Oak in Balmain on Tuesday 30 December 2025 to share stories, raise a glass, and celebrate the incredible legacy he left behind.

Dad cared deeply about creating opportunities for young people. Through the JSK Fund, we’ve been able to keep that passion alive, helping young people make a difference in their communities. We’re excited to share some updates on what we’ve achieved over the past few years with the support of this amazing community. This night is about remembering, reconnecting, and celebrating the community that continues to carry the spirit of JSK forward.

We’ll put on a small bar tab and some nibbles, but you can also order food and drinks at the bar.
